No, I don't have a problem. I just wanted to ask you questions to get things more specific.
So far this is what you have told me and these are your posts on this thread -
1. You should be comfortable with your sexuality otherwise you will have a miserable experience. But of course, it is completely inappropriate in the church, when a woman wears low cut blouses (and of course it is completely alright to judge and comment on the size of her chest area.)
2. Friendly flirting is the norm for you at your workplace.
3. It is silly to call your wife , hot white chocolate because she is not black but it is not silly to call a black woman "hot chocolate".
{You might want to check out white mochas/ white hot chocolate at Starbucks or a coffee joint/fast food joint.}
Given all these things, it may be understandable why you defend Bill O Reilly and don't consider calling women hot chocolate, as inappropriate.[Also why being known as stud muffin, gives you a real kick]

No, I understand what you are saying, but if all he did was compliment her, without suggesting any quid pro quo, then how could that be construed as any kind of threat?
If he said, "hey, hot chocolate, how bout we meet for drinks after work"... then that would be the suggestion of quid pro quo... and no boss should ever use his position of authority to coerce an employee.
but, having a boss pay you a compliment, even a slightly "off color" one, should not be reason for concern.. IMO

With that type of disobedience, makes one wonder what other maladies are around the corner.
Sorry man, but a mature Christian walking after the Spirit of God would not be out drinking booze

There are those who say they only hit the bong a couple of times and never get stoned.
Whether you realize it or not, drinking booze is an open door to the enemy to bring bad things in to your life.
