My husband use to work there {management also} and it drove him nuts. I almost have to drag him in to pick up the groceries.
Why does he have to go with you to pick up the groceries...can't you go by yourself?

No,... just the products that have a label that states 'Made in China'.
Many of the products that say made in the USA, are assembled from parts made in China, or other parts of eastern Asia.

In order to carry the "Made in the USA" label a product must have been made almost completely of components made in the USA. If it is made of components of foreign origin it can only be labeled as "Assembled in the USA"

FTC fines can be as much as $16,000 per product sold for improperly labeling.

I wrote a letter to Walmart corporate and told them if I were a manager I would be embarrassed to have such horrible customer service. I didn't get a reply

My brother in law was in management at Walmart some 20 years back. They literally received 2 thousand snail mail complaint letters a month at Arkansas corporate back then . So I guess if you want a reply you need to stand out .

Go to their FB page, you'll get an answer in no time. Ive done that with a couple places where I got really bad service and got satisfaction real fast. They dont want others to see complaints. A little secret Ive learned. ;)
