One, I'm NOT a "cynical unbeliever". MORE insults from you. :/ Anyhoo, YES I have taken it upon myself to change my diet somewhat. I now take tart cherry and turmeric complex, regular turmeric, resveratrol, etc. But you already know that, because I told you awhile back.

As far as fasting, I have questions about that. Particularly since I have seizures, I don't think it's too wise for me to do a multi-day fast..

I drink ONE cup of iced coffee per morning. Sometimes not even any at all. I don't drink soda. I don't drink alcohol. I DO drink tons of water and juice..

Just keep rationalizing to yourself why its all right to drink coffee. If you say it enough times to yourself the lie will eventually become true (in your mind).

Just who do you think created coffee beans and cocoa beans? Hint: His name is God. :) Every plant, seed, and fruits that He gave us were good for us.. until the fall of A&E ruined it.. I'll bet that even poison ivy was edible back then..

To compare those who reject your haughty opinion to those who reject the word of God's holy and inspired prophets is out of nothing less than an unmeasurable arrogance and foolishness.

This type of behavior may be a symptom of caffeine withdrawal. I recommend a double espresso to take the edge off.

Try rooibos tea with a little cream and sugar. No caffeine, and it's fantastic!

I pray for a caffeine-free life. Should we consume any addictive substance, including sugar? I think not.

Have you been led by Spirit to quit coffee?? I am. And I can say- oh, it's even harder than quitting smoking. Tomorrow is my next attempt to stop, it's so hard, previously I could go even one month without it and then suddenly I got migraine and I found I could drink "just one" coffee to make myself feel better...And so here I am - again struggling to quit. Moderation You may ask? I can' t, for me it' s all or nothing. I just need some advices or your story about this..Thank you.
I think Christians need to stay away from caffeine... its so bad for you..... so the way you can cut it out is to cut down on it...did you know they have a 1/2 caffeine 1/2 decaf.....try that for a week....then go to decaf for a week and then start cutting down on cups you drink.....if the Holy Spirit told you to stop, its for your future health. you really don't want to rebell and then pay the consequences later ....He is only telling you to help you. and your health later.
