So ALL the published, and researched scientific findings that coffee IS good for the body, are wrong? That's doubtful..

Blue, your close but miss it by a mile. I called it my plan to personalize it.
Would you feel better if I said it is following Gods principals?
Your stuck in your narrow thoughts about this.

I said a trillion times its your choices. All I say is if you have not done it, or really understand it, then you must give me scientific evidence why I am wrong.
You dont and never did.

I do not have a issue at all with you all eating what you want.

My issue is when you make these untrue false claims that this food is good for the body, or this food does not harm it, etc.

Anyone who claims goffee is healthy is wrong and I do not understand how intelligent Christian people can be so ignorant about some of this.

I even directly answer some questions and people here ignore them.

There is a lot of pride and ignorance being displayed by certain people here.

Do you read my posts? Do you do any research outside what you want to believe?
Did you ever hear of anything called greed and manipulation?
Do you think all reports are unbiased?
Did you ever do a check list of the pros and cons of coffee? --- If you did, you would see it is way more harmful then good.
Again, talk facts with me about this. Not your opinion.

I AM being factual. I was referring to myself with the one cup post.. I'm also fully aware that most other people drink a heckuva lot more coffee than I do.. lol ..and yes, you do tell people how to eat, when you're laying out your lifestyle plan. I can't even count the times that you've encouraged me to try stuff like algae and wheatgrass and such. Most people don't have the palate for that, they'd puke it back up.. lol

Your just not being truthful now. I do not tell people how t eat.
One cup is not killing anyone. But you know full well we are talking about more then one cup for most people.
At least be factual when you "talk" to me.

I guess we have to choose what we eat(healthy for the body) and eat in moderation... :)

God bless!

I was asked, if you recall, when I layed the plan out...
Please don't have selective memory with my posts

Fine...Blue...I did offer that, but if you remember it was not in context to tell you. I was talking about how I eat, and if I remember correctly, you asked me about something...

I would like to be liked here. But I just can not sit idly by when people are making false statements about food. I look at it has me being part of a lie. You can agree with my attitude or not, its the way I look at it though.

But you can not say I tell people how to eat. That's just not being fair to me.

You can say people may not like it when I point out their fav food is not healthy.

I don't have selective memory. I don't read many of your posts. I don't hang on every word you write, like some here do.. However, I HAVE read the posts on THIS thread.. Point heard, coffee is bad.. lol

Then don't assume if your not sure...or have not read the posts.
Thanks.

Yes, and it was about my seizures. NOT about what I should be eating or not eating.. You already know the majority of MY diet. :)

That last statement, is my point exactly. They most likely already know it's not healthy. But it doesn't make things better to say stuff like "if people knew their bible better, they wouldn't be eating such and such". And calling them ignorant isn't helpful either.

When people keep trying to use the verse -God allows us to eat meat- incorrectly, then I reply with another verse.
I am trying to point out to Christians that this lifestyle is from God. In the hope they may investigate it themselves.
I do not tell non Christians that, even if it is...

Its on a public forum...I did not use an info that you did not post here...I would never reveal anything in confidence...
