"Thank you Lord for a good night's sleep."
I usually get a good night's sleep, at least six hours, usually seven. And I say the above whenever I think of it, because I know things could be very different.
But last night I really did not deserve a good night's sleep. I had cheddar on my turkey sandwich at breakfast, homemade chocolate pudding for lunch - not for dessert, it WAS lunch - and last night at church we had italian-themed supper with all that lasagna. Nobody made me eat all those, and I know what dairy does to my sinuses. But against all odds I got a good night's sleep last night. My sinuses are still really upset with me, but I'll survive.
Thank you, thank you, THANK you Lord for a good night's sleep last night.
