IT is the same in UK with Brexit, people were up in arms calling everyone a racist as we were banning all foreigners from this country. People still think this despite being perfectly clear that we want controlled immigration and not an open door policy, however that is racist, we must allow anyone into the country who wants to live here, reject that and you are racist bigot. Ridiculous.

I wonder if theyd hold those same views for poorer nations and their borders.

I have heard that Mexico works often on protecting their southern borders. Are they also racist for not just letting the more poor and unfortunate people in freely, as well? Will these same people cry bigot to the Mexican government?

Im doubting they will : p

Of course not! There is a huge hypocracy. WHy are these protesters not on the street protesting against countries like Saudi Arabia? Why are those protesting about a wall bordering Mexico being racist not protesting about having existing fences removed? The list can go on.

Are they really concerned about these so called issues? I doubt it. It is more to do with hating fact their candidates lost and they are just throwing a tantrum about it.

This whole thing is actually a big reason I voted for Trump. I am absolutely tired and frustrated by the current progressive left turning everything that disagrees with them a "civil rights" issue. Its clearly used as a way to scare people into voting for their politicians, and it makes a mockery of real actual civil rights issues.

I cringe every time I see someone call abortion a "womens rights" issue.

2. The Obama administration created that list of countries, so feel free to blame Obama for the list... Trump didn't create that list.

While it's true that none of the "banned" countries has attacked us on our soil, most of them have attacked US citizens at one time or another, in the very recent past.

Iran..... remember the whole Iranian hostage thing...how long did they keep our citizens as hostages?

Iraq. Sadaam Hussein... nuff said...

Syria. They've been murdering Christians for many years now... getting worse.

Sudan. They've been murdering non-Muslims, and "wrong Muslims" for what, decades now? A true genocide.

Libya. Ever hear of Khadafi?

Yemen. Remember a bomb blowing the side out of one of our naval vessels, the USS Cole, killing 17 sailors and injuring 39 more...

Somalia. Ever see a movie called Blackhawk Down? Or, Captain Phillips?

Yeah, those countries mean us no harm, at all.....

I met Captain Phillips here in VT, the state he lives in, about 2 and half years ago. Interesting guy.

I don't mind people wanting to come to America.... IF, and ONLY if, they follow Teddy Roosevelt's "requirements" for immigrants...

I have yet to see any of the kool-ade drinking peacenicks address that....

I have only 2 people on ignore. PN is one of them. Since mid last year. In my opinion he is near impossible to talk to and receive a rational response.

Some of the members say that they have him on Ignor and then when he post,we find that they weren't Ignoring him.

I wonder why they do that,I'm thinking It Is to Identify and Isolate him with negativity.
