Cupcakes

[mochi]

Recipe
42 grams butter
67 grams sugar
1 egg
70 grams flour
40 grams milk (or buttermilk)
vanila
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda

1. Mix butter and sugar until fluffy
2. Add egg and keep mixing
3. Add other ingredients and dont over mix
4. Pour into cupcakes paper (it makes 6-7 small cupcakes)
5. Bake 20-25 minutes (around 180 C)
6. Decorate as you like using whipping cream or buttercream
7. Enjoy

Neither will i eat them. I think they were meant to be displayed=). Btw, i thought there should be recipe for the icing too, mochi.

with the icing i havent find a good one yet -_- i prefer whipped cream than buttercream..
but here it is..

Buttercream recipe:
100 gram butter/shortening
60 grams sweet condensed milk/fructose
40 grams white chocolate (melt)
mix everything until light and fluffy
