I found a picture of the cat I had before I got Luna :)

She was my baby for sixteen and a half years, until close to 3 years ago...

Yes, she was a big cat! But she lost more than half her body weight in her last year of life, as she declined, and I finally had to make that fateful decision one very sad day. Five months later my daughter spontaneously decided I had lived alone long enough and bought me Luna :) I have had Luna for two and a half years now.

Here is the picture of me post facial basal cell carcinoma surgery, seven years ago :D

The carcinoma was in my tear trough. The surgeon cut all along under my lower eyelid, and then down at an angle beside my nose... loosened the skin in a triangular formation under my eye, and pulled the loosened skin over the one cm by one point seven cm excavation he had made in my face to remove the 9 mm basal cell (9 mm was the visible measurement, it being larger under the surface). He had to throw a piece of my face away LOL :D It was like having a reverse direction partial facial lift :p
Dang your still beautiful after surgery
I look awful without surgery don't even try to imagine me with surgery LOL

Sorry to hear you had to go through that. It's good to know it hasn't affected your lively positive spirit
Thank you, that is very kind of you to say. :) The doctor and I were joking around even as he was slicing and dicing my face. They had to do two excavations to get all the carcinoma, and while I was waiting for the results of the first cut, I removed the bandage so I could see the size of the hole that had been bored into my face... it was quite deep! I suppose I am lucky it did not grow right into my eye, or nasal cavity. When the doc was ready to begin repair work, after they had ascertained that all the carcinoma had been removed, I asked him what he was going to do to fix my face, and at first he said, "I don't know." But then he just got to it. While he had my face all sliced up, I asked if I could see it and he declined. I did see the wisdom in that. His nurse assistant was quite distressed though, when I asked before I was all stitched up, "If I lean forward right now, will my eye fall out?" Because the doctor said yes and we both thought that was hilarious, even if the nurse did not :D

It's on my back. Physically impossible for me to do that..lol
You could apply the oil to the other end of a spoon or fork or even put some on a Q-Tip, and reach around to maneuver it onto your back on the right spot... you know where it is from scratching it, but visual aids may help also :)

Good morning, Natania, you are a beautiful young woman, I have seen pictures! You have been through so much surgically and you are still lovely to behold in body, mind, and spirit :) Perhaps all the more so as a result of everything you have been though, for your determination to allow your inner light to shine has been strengthened, just like how the throes of the butterfly emerging from the cocoon give its wings the strength to fly... yes, you are a beautiful butterfly :)

Awww, thanks Dan! Natania is a sweetheart, how can we not be sweet to her?
It's the same for you, too, ya know... even if we ever disagreed on anything,
I hope I would never say anything that offended you, because you are such
a great guy. Thankfully we do agree on much theologically :D

It's nice to have the good guys in my corner! :):):)

When we got my dog, she was a baby and so when she started sleeping in her kennel (she would pee on the floors if she didn't) she would NOT go to sleep and just whine the whole night so probably for two or so months I just slept literally halfway in her kennel just holding her all night
I got no sleep lol
Next puppy try a stuffed animal and a wind up ticking clock worked for me and our dog....previous many years ago.... I am a confirmed cat person now days.......
