I was wondering if there was ANY way at all that there could be an app made for iPod Touches and iPhones..
It would be so cool if we could chat while away from the computer..

Just a thought really.

Great idea and I think I read they are working on a adobe flash player thingy that can work on the iphone/ipod touch, so if they make that, then CC would be able to be used on iphone ipod touch.

Keep googling flash player iphone ..or flash player ipod touch to keep up on the latest news.

I'm thinking once the ipad hits we'll see many more aps for the ipod touch and iphone that we've been waitin for.

By "they are working on" I mean not CC people. Just umm industry folks.

Even if they start to support Flash on the iPhone, there would still have to a new mobile-friendly app coded from scratch, by us (or contracted out), so, in any case we're talking about significant programming work which translates into money.

We have christianchat.mobi reserved for this future project (a mobile version of CC).

I have a Nokia something Expressmusic, and cc works great on my phone!

Really, hmmm. So you can actually see all of it (and read the text)? Or it pans, or what?

And does the sound work? You can see and hear the video and voice chat?

And can you speak on the microphone?

And is there a cam on your phone, and does it work for CC?

Thanks for the info.

Hi RoboOp,

It hasn't got a cam on the front, only on the back, and i fail to figure out how to use it, so I don't use voice chat. Normal chat and the forums are exactly like on a pc. Sound works, I can hear everyone speak in the chat (just tested it to be sure). Panning and layout of the site are perfect!

I suddenly love my cell phone :D

Its a Nokia 5530.

Note: It seems that they made the browser 100% compatible with flash, cuz our own company site works also on my phone (I didn't made a mobile version of the site).

Correction: sound works, but quality isn't good enough for me to understand everything they say (download speed is to low I guess).

I tried to speak on chat, but I think it didn't work. I'll try to find out if I can make it work.

What is your operating system, and what is the web browser, and exactly what Flash player (Flash Lite, Flash Mobile, or what)?

OS = Symbian (browser included)
Flash = Flash Lite 3.1 (Flash Player 9)
Action Script 2.0

And I found this info on internet (not sure if it is reliable info)

Browser HTML over TCP/IP OSS Browser WAP 2.0 Web Runtime 1.1 XHTML over TCP/IP

Robo, remember scribe had some mobile like device that worked on CC? Don't know if it was a phone or not.

It wasn't really a mobile device with a mobile OS.

It was a full fledged PC running Windows Vista. It was one of those little handheld ones that Sony makes, where they cram a full fledged computer and a full screen and an actual PC operating system into a handheld device, and charge $3,000. (The most useless expensive gadget ever made, scribe said.)

belgian pilot, you never been on the regular chat before? robo lol whos that on your avatar?
