don't care if you think I'm stupid.:)

stupid -- the scripture defines it, Proverbs 12:1 -- is rejecting instruction and correction.

ignorance is being unaware of certain facts.

deception is believing certain things that are not at all true, and it goes hand in hand with ignorance.

what would be "stupid" for example is if, now that you know that a non-rotating coordinate system is useful where all bodies being considered are also rotating inertially, and that over distances where curvature doesn't significantly contribute to distance measurement an assumption of flatness can be made, but that in systems where different bodies are rotating with respect to each other and spaces where topology becomes a significant term, more precise measurements and different reference frames are used for calculation, you go on to completely ignore this fact and talk as if it isn't true.

that would be stupid. that would be like going around saying "God loves me! i don't need to repent!" and then someone pointing out to you that He commands all people to repent, and you just ignoring that altogether and continuing to preach non-repentance.

ignorant would be not understanding that the information you got from your conspiracy video was incomplete.

yes, over short distances, like between houston and cape canaveral.
NASA has a lot of jets. not just rocket ships.

when NASA, JSA, ESA, Russia, SpaceX, etc. ((or any military testing ICBM's)) calculate what angle to send a rocket off so that it's lower stages will fall safely into the sea instead of near populated areas, they certainly do not use any kind of 'flat' coordinate system. we use a spherical, earth-centric one. and it works.

Eric Dubay and his proselytes are virtually the only people that use the UN symbol as a map and coordinate system.
but they don't do any math, and certainly no engineering.
what they do is produce sensational, lying and deceptive youtube videos that draw in ignorant people, then they make money off all the views they get.

amateur astronomers have taken photos of the international space station and space shuttle in orbit...for example...

View attachment 159045

also thousands of amateur astronomers regularly observe satellites passing overhead and know when and where to look due to the orbital data available on the satellites...
Yes I agree, I studied astronomy in college for a year and I can spot satellites at night. I show them to people all the time. Throughout the night we have satellites going over us every 15 minutes, recording weather conditions. Thus, weather channnel.

There's varying info on weather satellites available. The concensus seems to be, they are between 22,500 miles and 500 miles above earth and the size of a school bus. My question concerning those who claim to see them....really? How is this possible? Not to say anyone is fibbing, rather mistaken. Sometimes we think we see what we want/expect to see. Say they're the size of a football field, I still couldn't see it even 500 miles away! Human eyes have limitations ya know..

My brother has a telescope that we can see the rings of Saturn on. Oh and Saturn's not flat.

I wonder how people who says that earth is flat explains the existence and location of
Amundsen–Scott station. By general geography It should be located at or next where this so called ice wall is...

I had a pizza the other night it was flat.
My pepperoni nearly fell off the edge. :)

there is not 'conflicting' information about satellites. there is 'varying' information because there is more than one satellite. the specifications of each vary.
there are many satellites, of different sizes, from the size of a and at different orbital heights.

i'm not aware of anything only 500 miles up. that is very low.

most low-earth-orbits are around 1200 miles over seal level. a couple of satellites are much further away -- like the Himawari observer that i linked to earlier, and the GOES-R satellite that will perform a similar function taking full HD images of the whole disc of the earth, over North America, that was just launched this month. there are others that already do this over this 'half' of the globe, but not in the high resolution that Himawari has.
in order to get the whole earth in the camera's field of view, these are very far away - about 22,000 miles.

so prove it, Karraster.
enough empty stories and deceptive insinuations. prove this thing.
((as though the sun rising and setting every day hasn't already proved it))

here -

http://www.heavens-above.com/

put your location into the website, search for visible satellites, learn to understand an astronomical map, and go outside and watch them. it's really very easy. this site i linked to has a nice app, too, for your phone.

if the earth is a fake snowglobe diorama of a real earth, and God truly is that deceptive towards His creatures to make it appear like a globe, then satellite orbits are absolutely impossible.

so if you see a satellite, you will be confronted with the truth.

have a nice evening!

You didn't get the memo did you? You do believe the translation that God created the heavens and the earth right? Well, apparently when they translated it that second time and found all those errors in the KJV translation they decided to look at it again. And low and behold, they found it was translated out of context, imagine that. So the new International Standard Version of Genesis 1:1 is

In the beginning, God created the universe."
Genesis 1 ISV

even given links to Japan's Himawari satellite data, which takes exactly the picture you're asking for every 10 minutes.
"The 'whole' Earth in a single unmodified picture image?"

What was that link again...???

:)

And the only ice was in your drink?;)
Naw, for me it was a nice cup of tea to dunk a biscuit. :p
Oh that might have been the rocket re-entry after going around the pizza.

If the earth is flat, are all the other planets flat as well?

Or is the existence of other planets just another NASA conspiracy?
