Is this the big 40? I have to say each year I live is now a privilege, after
so many have fallen by the way already, and many friends live in the world
of knowing the veil is close by.
A friend of my mums 91, and she does not like being reminded how old she is,
though I would think she should think of it as a badge of honour.

Oh, you know, I have L-Lysine in my kitchen at all times because I give it to my little kitty, Luna, daily I will look into the iodine... the itch is not bad at all, it just the nerve damage pain I am dealing with, so healing fro the inside sounds ideal My apologies also for my tardy response! It was the BIG 40 but I am not a big party animal (anymore). I enjoyed the day with my family and that is good enough for me. My best friend (my wife) was there and that is a bonus .
It is also a privilege to have both my parents there. My dad's health is not that good but that is as a result of his smoking but I was glad to have him there
