But, decent communication is imperative. In my lifetime, I have probably hired 3,000 people. I have thrown three times that number of applications in the trash can because of careless grammar or spelling.
I did say... in formal writing, ok
Of course bc the way this world runs we must be able to work with it while we are in it.
In cases such as online and I'm just chatting, who cares.. God will accept folks with bad grammar. Life goes on.

Never had a formal college paper below an 85. I know how to write. But I'm not a stickler nor covet the rules of writing so much to say everyone is wrong that doesn't adhere to the set norm. It's unrealistic to expect perfection from everyone. You have to account for childhood, brain development, school system, teaching quality just to name a few. Weren't Peter and them marveled at bc the crowd knew they were unlearned? Foolish used to confound the wise. God has gems that are overlooked bc man looks with world eyes for the outside to be perfect, God sees the heart..

I guess If you had a sign that they could see, telling them what happens to applications with bad grammar they would be sure and take that application seriously, but then again,by giving them a heads up,they would fill out the application being attentive to grammatical errors but they wouldn't be doing It because they really take the job seriously In truth, but to have a good looking application, then again, man looks at the outward appearance.

Maybe you should add some kind of question to see If they really want the job In truth or If they just want any decent paying job.

In Indonesia, English is known as a language with the most complicated grammar ever
(i mean what other languages have 16 tenses in it?!)

therefore i decided to create a thread where you HAVE TO speak with wrong grammar lol

i know this doesn't make sense, but i thought that it would be interesting :D
"Sho" you right.

"Sho" meaning "sure"

I hate it when people don't capitalize names or places, such as God, Jesus, Jamaica.. It especially aggravates me when people don't capitalize MY name. How hard is it to capitalize Lady Blue? :p

I'm kidding, btw.. I don't care if my name isn't capitalized.. lol

You say nothing. That way, you are more likely to see just who and what they really are.

Hahaha o yea, the computer system is of the world.. Jk :)
I don't understand what you mean. I'm not talking about mechanical/programmable systems. The world system is thought with God ways left out.

From grammar? That is nowhere in the council of God.

I can comprehend that much better, the system of God ways. :)
