It is a Christians duty to vote. Our heavenly Father has set all things pertaining to this world age into motion from the beginning and has revealed unto His children in Christ in this last generation (the fig tree) the nature of this worlds course leading up to the coming of the antichrist. It is written that we (Gods children) are to pray over our homes, our families, our communities, and our nation. We are also to pray for those who are in authority over us and participate in the process of law and government to insure that righteousness prevails in our lives. Voting is only one process (tool) that the Lord has supplied for His brethren to use is caring out His desire upon the United States and any country that has a democracy where participation in the governing body is allowed.
Christians are to be disciplined in these matters and submit to the rule of law pertaining to them. Not unruly and forceful as to allow the flesh to gain advantage and spoil us.
Christians are to be taught and informed in the governing affairs of their providence and take whatever lawful participation necessary to insure the course of righteousness is maintained.
They should weigh the profile of the candidate running for a lawful office by the standards of the sound word of the Lord and judge their decision in their voting accordingly.
Remember, there is none righteous, no not one, so don't expect the candidates you are considering to be perfect people, but look at them objectively and trust in that which is right and good.
It is your right to vote in the USA if you are a citizen, and it is your Christian duty, but for who you vote is between you and the Lord and nobody else's business.
God Bless

NO! It is not a Christians duty to vote when both choices are equally evil and unqualified.
I just can not see any difference, and no matter who wins, the downward spiral of this nation will only accelerate.
