If this is all true, and I tend to believe it is, if only because of the tendency of human nature, it doesn't surprise me nor make me think less of the Jews. The whole world operates like this. Just about any country with any power and influence does. So does America. Maybe not in deed for deed, but maybe so, but even if not, the underlying motivation and principal is the same.
All it means it that we are all in the same pig pen together, pork being prohibited or not.
I abhor lies and schemes and manipulations as much as the next guy, I don't have a problem with you putting this info out there. It just doesn't make the Jews any worse then anyone else. It doesn't make them better though, either, as far as morality goes.
The best and probably the most proper response for anyone who lives in Israel is to just say it may be so, we don't condone all the things our politicians are doing, are not aware of them, we need to change some things, and are doing the best we can. That the Jews who spit on others are a small minority and need this needs to be put to a stop.
I would respect anyone who takes that stance.
If someone tries to deny certain truths, or attempts to give a explanation and excuse inexcusable behavior, then they lose me.
Always it comes back to the same thing. Its universal and timeless. Humble yourself, don't try and take the speck out of your brothers eye while you have a plank, repent, pray, and love.

Most israeli's dont hate Christians. I am a Lebanese Christian who lives in Israel. I went to schools with Jewish kids, not Arab kids and I live with Jewish neighbors.
Most Israeli's are relieved to hear when I tell them that I am Christian. It is easier for them to accept it that hearing that I am a muslim. They love Christmas and when I was in school they asked us more than once to bring a small tree and to tell them about Christmas and I even remember in class when a jewish girl said that the arabs in class dont have to agree to putting a Mezuzah on the classroom door just because everyone else is jewish, and that our religion counts as well. (not that we minded).
The Messianic Jewish community is only growing and growing in Israel, and its scaring the religious jews and the people in the government because obviously they don't see a Jewish person as Jewish anymore if he accepts Jesus. To them, they are no longer Jewish.
But still, never have I met a jewish person who ever acted against me for being Christian. Actually, they all seemed happy to say that they know that "my" Messiah IS Jewish. Yes, there is hate between Arabs and Jewish people but after growing up with Jewish people, I know that the Jewish people would love anyone as long as they wont try killing them. Despite being a little rude, the israeli people are very family-ish towards each other and they can be very sweet to their neighbors and friends, no matter what the religion.
So no, Jewish people don't hate Christians. We have religious neighbors that love us and the wife once even talked to me and me and my mom about how people need God. They know Christianity isnt against the old testament.
Like I said, its the government that doesnt want Jewish people to believe in Jesus. Thats all.

Its funny some Jewish Christians /Messianic Jews grow up not knowing their even jewish for most of their lives- my family and I. You cannot oppose Israel and be right with God. We have many who frequently travel to Israel in our association and they have nothing but good say about Israeli people. Always report on how well Israelis treat them. They personally there, not just6read liberal news.

What is the context of those stories? Have6you even considered that? Were these collateral damage from defense against Muslim violence? Maybe someone is accusing the Israelis and the truth is these deaths came from friendly fire or they don't really know how and its being used as propaganda.

I don't even see Israel hating muslims let alone Christians. Am married to a Jew who had no belief in any God before he was born again. He was severely persecuted though as a young boy, for being accused of killing Jesus and that was here in the states.

you are focusing on one side. what about the many soldiers and citizens stabbed to death by arabs just last year. its was so bad that it went all around the country. Even where I live, although not many incidents happened here, people were walking around with pepper spray everywhere and even when we were sitting in church, a soldier was stabbed right outside, close to the building we were in. Luckily he survived because someone saw him. By the way, the solider turned out to be an Arab as well. So want to justify what he did?
i never said that Jewish people never harmed anyone, but at least the Jewish people, most of them at least, fight as a country and protect themselves as a country. No other country in the middle east does that to their citizens. Most Arabs from the neighboring countries dont take care of their people. Are we really going to make Israel apologize for PROTECTING THE PEOPLE?
you take the side that the media wants you to take. I grew up here. by some i am viewed as an Arab, by others I am a citizen as anyone else. but i will never deny that this country is a strong one and has the most humane army in the world. Soldiers many times were arrested when caught aiming their weapons as protection.
Like i tried to explain before, this country is not perfect. No country is, but this isnt a country of murders. This is a country that actually saved my family, my father, from being murdered in his own country by Hezbollah. Say what you want, Israel is not what the media wants it to look like. It's a country surrounded by enemies and its trying to protect itself.

Xris I'm really sorry he just is ignorant hateful and very insensitive im sad he doesn't give one thought that to where you live close to Y'israel and how difficult it is to live in a warzone you'd have trauma I'm sure. Ladies don't take him personally, he's just grumpy, foolish hypocrite. His handle, too old to care, says it all. Obviously, that includes the truth as well. His favorite verse is "love the stranger as yourself. " his mouth proves he doesn't understand that scripture in the least.
