Oh, no! I typed up a whole heap of stuff and then I went to post it and I get an Attention Required page saying that I'm blocked from CC. Does anyone know how to fix this? Can I retrieve my post?

Its been working for me. Here's the steps again in case u missed something..Why am I having trouble posting gif's & images since the site was updated a few days ago?!?
I don't see any image now, just a code......... *sigh*
- right click on image and select "copy image location' from popup menu
- in reply box, click where u want the image, then click on the picture icon at the top of the reply box
- select the "From URL" tab in the popup box
- paste the image location you copied into the text area
- click ok
(if its saying the image is too big, you can uncheck the little box that says "Retrieve remote file....", The same thing applies to gifs (uncheck that box))

Aw... I'm sorry you lost your post! I hate when that happens. It's so discouraging to try to remember it all and retype it. I've gotten to the point that I always copy my longer posts before publishing just in case there's a glitch.

Okay. [sheepish look] Confession. As a kid, my friends and I would wear jackets to the movies (we were in primary school then). this was to smuggle in sweets and crisps which were far cheaper at the supermarket than inside the movie house (naturally). We wanted our pocket money to go a long way.

Thanks, Grace. Usually, I find the second time I write it down it's more refined but also missing a few things from my first attempt. I'll have to remember that strategy. I mean to practise it often, but it just doesn't pan out. Remember, remember to copy before posting.

Same here. I just bring them in a bag with my jumper and a bottle of water and I'm good to go.

Movie theatre concessions are way too expensive. I usually stop at Wal-Mart to buy candy and stuff it in my purse right before I get there. lol
For two days in a row, now, I've had a mid-morning random word pop into my head.
How random? I was diligently working on photo editing, when the word "proclivity" entered my mind.
This is a word I never use, hardly see, hear or think about. Yet it was like reaching into a washed pair of jeans to find money you forgot you had. Moreover, I don't recall "having" used said word before. Well, regardless of my past linguistic life, I feel a bit rich-- and grateful. But, wow, random.
As for the other word, from the previous night... I have forgotten it already. Like mundane breakfast, it fed me for the moment.
(I hope correct grammar starts pouring into my writing, like these words grabbed my attention. Oh, well...)

This is funny. I thought of a word I don't have a tendency to think about, while you-- out of regularity-- google its meaning.
