Some of my grammar pet peeves:

Using the word "less" to mean "fewer"
Saying "for all intensive purposes"
Pronouncing "contra" and "intro" as "conner" and "inner"
Using "alibi" to mean "excuse" (this one is debatable)
Saying "in lieu of" when you really mean "in light of"

Anyone else got any?

For all intensive purposes,
Haha...
It bothers me when people use the wrong "there" or "their"

"Minus (might as) well"
"I'm sorry for your lost (loss)"
"That doesn't make any since (sense)"

I could go on, but "you get the just (gist)".

For all intensive purposes,
Haha...
It bothers me when people use the wrong "there" or "their"
And the wrong "your" or "you're". And the wrong "to", "two", or "too". (Though I don't usually see people get "two" mixed up with anything else. People tend to know that "two" is a number. :p)

Of coarse apostrophizing plural's is like nucular fishing. And when people try
to use a common idiom but change a word, they might as well be buying the
ranch dressing and not the farm. Does it happen on accident? It is beyond the pail.

Well I went down the Frog and Toad went into the Cat and Mouse and up the Apples and Pears and had a Butchers Hook out the window. I saw my Trouble and Strife coming round the Jack Horner with her Skin and Blister. Well I couldn't Adam and Eve it could I.

Translation

Well I went down the road into the House and up the stairs and had a look out the window. I saw my Wife coming round the corner with her Sister. Well I couldn't believe it could I

Not using a comma before any coordinating conjunction. Something I do all the time.
