Oh no! How will you fix this mess?Thank you, Ms Parrot Woman
I got home from my daughter's last night, and saw a notice up by the elevators, informing us of the mail room having been broken into... and sure enough, all my mail was gone... I had just seen it earlier in the week but left it in my mailbox because it was mostly bills and I would not be paying them for at least another week... anyways, now whoever did this dastardly deed has all my personal info, credit card account numbers, bank account, my social insurance number, my telephone number UGH. The only good thing is that I had removed a cheque from the mail just a few days agoSo the thieves did not get that.
Thank God! That would have been a huge loss
Thank you Jenn. It is not stressing me out much, just a bit of a pain (oh, how I hate red tape LOL) though the security number being stolen is a bit of a concern (I have had that same number for 43 yearsOh man, sorry you're going through that Magenta.
I have already cancelled my two credit cards, even though the thieves will only have my card/account numbers (not the actual cards), and probably could not have used the numbers alone, without the expiry dates (which are not included on the bill) and the three digit code on the back of the card itself... so that is looked after, and I just now got off the phone with my credit union, they have flagged my account just to make everyone aware to be vigilant asking for proper I.D. during any in-person transactions, which has other security features built in. As to my SIN number, I will have to contact revenue Canada, haha, I have talked to them more in the last year and a half than I ever did before this, and the cheque I just retrieved from my mailbox last week was from them, too.Oh no! How will you fix this mess?

Sorry for your troubles, Magenta. Prayers for you to stay strong right now. I don't understand people sometimes.![]()

I had a lovely sunday. After service, i had lunch with my family. My sweetie came to visit me, and he was able to join us! Then he and i watched a movie. I was sad when he had to head back home. Sigh.
I'm on my second 29 that's how much I liked it.
These days I swear...
One day, I'm fine... The next I'm a blubbering mess....
Service was great this morning, but some worship songs always get the best of me... And they Cause me to be an even bigger blubbering mess.
I guess that's gods way of helping us get the bad out and enter into his presence... Cause I needed that today, for sure.
