I had a bit of a disaster this morning too. I was in the shower all soaped
and shampooed up and the water stopped. The shower started beeping and
a "reduced water pressure/no water indicator flashed red!

Oh just great! We don't have a bath in our bath room just a wet floor
shower! What to do now.....:(

Anyway after turning the shower off and waiting five minutes thankfully
it started working!

Yup those things can be pests, especially if you have wooden columns on your house they think it's an invitation to build a nest by pecking a hole in it arghhh!....we had to deal with some of them and put bubble wrap around our columns till they stopped coming....it worked every time they popped a bubble the noise would scare them off......take that woody woodpecker.......:)

LOL our neighbors had brown gutters at our old house, and there was a really mixed-up woodpecker who for about a month kept coming over to them and pecking away -- what an absolute RACKET that bird made!!

that was a 'common' one, the size of a blue jay maybe. these in my picture are the pileated ones though -- generally only live in forests, and as big as the largest crows you've ever seen

They use so much force I sometimes wonder how they don't concuss themselves beating a hole into a log/wood lol.....?

Nope, not that kind of joke at all :eek: I listened to almost half of that Skinny Puppy video you were reminded of, but that was about as much of it as I could take. :( Our tastes in music seem to be somewhat diametrically opposed :D I awoke a while ago with this song playing in my mind :) Pink Floyd can sound a bit dark at times ;)

I tried to a picture of one of the stained glass windows at church this morning. It didn't turn out to it to well but I'll share it anyhow.
