Walking around Lowe's and Home Depot is like walking around the Sierra Dessert. If you can find actual help it's a miracle.

IKR. There is actually this one gentleman at the local home depot that was a pleasure to deal with on two separate occassions. He is an older black man, maybe in his 50's and he is so polite and tries his best to help me out. I want to put in a good word for him but I'm not sure how.

It's been so hot today that my dog didn't want to go outside. Of course I made her go out a couple of time's. She's funny though, when we did go out she'd walk a couple of feet do her business and if I tried to go further she'd just sit there. She's a woman who knows what she wants.
 
Sometimes I read threads here and I feel like I am in an episode of the Twilight Zone. Maybe the lunatic fringe was right and CERN has been messing with parallel universes. Tonight, I certainly don't recognize this one.

I must say you both have been a positive influence on each other...and I do hope you both make it....**nic removed** is a cool dude.

I know relationships are tough period. Theres a guy at work and we are very much interested in each other and our jobs overlap in many ways. It was completely unexpected, but he was so supportive and offered to sit with me while my mom was in the hospital because we didn't know whether or not she needed emergency surgery. Now, he loves on me daily and checks in to see how I'm doing and gives me the best hugs ever. I have to be on my tip toes to even hug him and even then my head rests on his chest lol. I've had to lay down the law with him that we are just friends and we need to keep things professional at work because I'm not ready for a relationship yet

Part of me wanted to like this...and another part of me was the 'not sure if' meme...

While the 'not ready to date' stands out as the conversation topic that made me hesitate in liking, I am glad that you have a guy that's been treating you kindly. ^_^0

I am so spoiled......I have two screens at work and at first I was a bit hesitant, but after a couple weeks I come home and get on my laptop and I only have one screen....Gah talk about a disappointment lol

Then I got a new car almost two weeks ago and it came with two years of WiFi and onstar at no cost to me and I thought I would never use the WiFi, but then I went to the coast and it sure came in handy. I may not know how to use the technology, but gotta love it lol

Thanks, but I'm not emotionally secure enough for one right now and it wouldn't be fair to get involved especially when a guy needs one that is fully capable to give them all they need.....and I'll like your post for questioning whether or not to like my post and being nice:)
