there is Jenny for one...however she is 6 yrs
Well, my day just got ruined. I sent an email to the HS yesterday, asking if I could go and spend time with Tangerine. They answered back just now and said that I'm welcome to come visit the cats, BUT they are not willing to let me adopt another cat, after the failure with the last one.It isn't MY fault that they first sold me a sick kitten, and then a feral one!! What's the point of me going there to visit the cats, if I'm not allowed to adopt one? I honestly think that I'm just not meant to have another cat, because every time I've tried to get one, it doesn't work out for one reason or another.. :'(
What are they complaining about? Don't they make $30, or so, every time you take one home?

Hmmm, I am not sure about it being a screensaver...
But Earnest mentioned earlier about a gif not displaying properly...
that happens to me sometimes too, not sure why
Now I usually preview the message and if the gif has been stilled I just might not post it. Saving it to computer should keep it active but sometimes it will save as a different format or some other malfunction happens... posting it directly from the web should present no problems
But screen savers? I really don't know, sorry! They may need to be in a
certain format such as jpg or png and then it will not be a moving image
The screen savers you have to download from the web may be a flash pic?

Once I posted a gif of something funny and I got a pm from someone asking why I posted a marijuana gif. I still don't understand how it happened, how I saw one photo and someone on the other side of this screen saw a totally different gif. But I had a mod confirm that it was indeed a weed gif.
So I asked that she please remove it, and she did. I'm still leery about posting gif's and always hope the picture displayed is what I'm looking at, too. LOLOL!!

Most images are hosted on a site that is made specifically for that. Many are free and open to the public, and once you put an image there and retrieve the url so you can post it elsewhere, the file name will never change, though it may eventually be deleted after a while. However, on a site that a particular person owns, they can put an image that you use, and then if they change the image but leave the image name/file path the same, the new image will display in place of the image you originally "borrowed."Once I posted a gif of something funny and I got a pm from someone asking why I posted a marijuana gif. They might do that because it uses their bandwidth when people borrow their images intead of copying the image to your computer first and then uploading it to a host site yourself.

They charge $150 for kittens up to 8 months old, and $100 for adult cats.. So yeah they make a ton of money..
so earlier today, an elderly lady came to the office to ask questions about seeing the chiropractor. she also had a picnic basket full of peanut brittle and fudge, which she makes from home and sells. sadly, i didn't have any cash on me. well, after she asked all her questions, she took one of our business cards so she could call later.
as she started walking away, she then said, "oh wait. a bag for the office," and she gave us free peanut brittle! and it's so yummy!!!!!!!!

This site, Christian Chat, actually acts as its own host site, so we have the option of putting an image directly from our computer onto any of the threads here, or we can use an image from the web. Saving any image to your computer first and then using the file from your computer will always ensure that the file path name will not change once you have shared it elsewhere. I like playing with images, altering the colour and contrast and resizing, adding borders, adding text, etc, so I have lots of images on my computers but I am constantly looking for new ones, tooMost images are hosted on a site that is made specifically for that.
