I feel sorry for anyone that feels they have to set them self apart by attacking people.

Even if I did get banned it wouldn't prove I was wrong to say what I said in this thread. It would only prove how unfairly I have been judged by other people.

Based on 2 previous posts, one would have to logically conclude that you did. You were saying it in comment to someone telling you that Magenta was not evil. You don't have to come right out and say something to say it in a round about way. Legally, it appears, you would still be responsible. If you didn't mean to, you may want to be more careful how you phrase what you say in comments to certain people.
