Exactly! And neither does an old codger blustering negativity about my dear son on such a beautiful celebratory thread.
My gif was implying that the men in my family would find Willie_T's post laughable. I, on the other hand, do not.
Your dear son now has a wonderful woman is his life who will one day become his wife. This is definitely worth celebrating and my wife and I are quite thrilled for the happy couple and for you as well. This is all very exciting! Simply Awesome! We have an awesome God who made all of this possible. You are a wonderful mother as well. May God continue to bless your beautiful family.

Actually, neither my son nor Melita were interested when I suggested they exchange texts to get to know one another. I discerned the same spirit of humility & graciousness in each of them and thought they might hit it off as friends. Nope, both declined. Then some considerable time later my son walked past my desktop while I was logged into CC and pm-ing with Melita. He asked about the woman he saw in the profile photo & I told him a little more about her. Something lit up in his eyes and he then decided I should give his phone # to Melita. Melita then told me she had to pray about it before deciding to accept his cell#. So we all gave it over to God.
The rest is history. \
