Jesuslives, I will be praying for you to get the weight down. Remember to exercise hard every day! The pool is great, but you have to swim for 1/2 hour at least! My rheumatologist told me with my dry mouth, ( Sjogren's Syndrome) I need to brush and floss my teeth after every meal. Plus stay away from sugar. So I stopped snacking between meals, because I didn't want to brush and floss again. I've been slowly losing weight ever since! And eating all the fresh vegetables probably helps, too!
Which brings me to beverages. Has no one heard of water? It's very good with ice. But no lemon twist, it's too acidic for the teeth!
I feel like I'm caught in a negative whirl wind. Sunday and into Monday it was persecution by atheists. Yesterday I was booked on a flight to Calgary, to help my DIL who is recovering from a bad knee surgery. (Please pray for Candace!) It took me 3 hours to pack, an hour drive to the airport, and the plane was delayed an hour! Then it was cancelled! No one came to push my wheelchair back to the airline desk, so I hurt my hands rolling myself back.
All the morning flights were booked by the time I got there, nothing till the late afternoon, which was too late for my purpose. So was it over? Nope. I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes on hold with a tinny, scratchy 4 bar music blaring on before I finally got a refund. I had booked on points, so the airline couldn't refund them to me! And the airline lied and said the plane was cancelled because of floods at the airport. There were floods 20 miles away, but none at the airport, and even their own website said nothing was delayed, either arriving or departing. Plus one of their planes landed with no landing gear, telling me their mechanical crews were working on that plane, not on what was wrong with our plane. So no one got hotel vouchers, because it was "weather" not their fault! Such lies!
So I am waiting at my DILs place for my meds which cost thousands of dollars and have to be kept cold, which were supposed to be delivered here, because I wasn't going to be home! Rant over!
