My daughter is 5'4" and might weigh about 110. She eats like a bird, and worries about sugar consumption. In my late teens and early twenties at 5'4" I normally weighed around 122 pounds. If I lost weight for whatever reason (like drug use) I could go down to around 107 pounds. People told me I looked like a cadaver at that weight, but I thought my body looked fabulous that skinny. When I sat down, my stomach would concave.

I'm 105.3... usually, Most I've gone up to 108

FYI, here are correct pushups.

We use this audio that basically goes like "down" waits for a while then says "up" and continue. The only difference may be is that we don't go down as slow

Ive never been skinny. Ive always been more a muscular type.
You look earthy :D I remember hitting puberty weighing 130, and being mortified when I found out that half sizes put me in the chubby camp. LOL. I thought I was just between sizes LOL. I would not have been 5'4" yet ;) Through high school though, I was always around 120, except when doing illegal drugs. I liked doing illegal drugs just to get skinny. Otherwise I would not say I was skinny then, maybe just normal or on the slender side. But women seem to be overly critical of their bodies no matter what. My daughter has a fabulous figure but complains about her hips! She wants to be a plank :p

Tell her she can swap with me

It is actually the slow motion in the downs and ups that works your muscles. You are in a bit of a resting position at the full top or bottom.

She would never go for it :) Her best friend was a bit on the heavy side and just dropped a bunch of weight walking everywhere. My twin brother, the same. He lost a bunch of weight (forty pounds) years ago and then gained it all back, but last summer when I saw him he had dropped fifty one pounds just by walking everywhere :) I need a walking partner! :D

Yea she would never wanna swap with me. I used to be over weight and lost a lot rapidly and due to that you can imagne how many marks I got lol

So, I haven't been the most confident person. I have a long history with anorexia. Eventually I started forcing myself to eat, but I still hate how I look. I'm afraid I'm going to stop eating again. I hate myself after I eat, but I know I have to. I've tried changing the thoughts of "not thin enough and not thin at all" but I can't. Helpppp

I dont mean to butt in on others advice but my younger sister had this very issue. And there is more to it than self esteem,it goes deeper than that. I remember she was dating her now husband and he came in one night with her in his arms. She had fainted in the driveway. I insisted she see a counselor and her now husband said he wouldn't continue the relationship until she got help. She is now at a healthy weight and is a mom to two boys.
My sisters issue was feeling out of control. There were family issues going on at the time and the only thing she felt in control of was food. Can you think of anything deeper in your life that may be bringing this on? Because this disease is more serious than feeling bad about ones looks. There is a deeper layer. And Im sorry, but asking guys or other girls about your looks is not good advice. You wouldn't believe them anyway.
