I didn't know what fasting was until I got a colonoscopy this year. 38 hours without solid food! 
That ultimate chicken club sandwich at Sonic afterwards never tasted so good!
I get in trouble with my Dr. because of this very thing. I keep telling him, I am not gonna go through the wonderful experience of a colonoscopy because of the "fasting" requirement. I have low blood sugar, and to not eat or drink for a 38 hour period is not good for me. Starts with a headache, then grows to light headedness, to dizzy spells, and can lead to passing out. Sick stomach is also one of the joys of "fasting" for me because of my low blood sugar condition.
Makes it tough to do what the Doctor ordered when what the Doctor ordered is detrimental to ones health.

I feel very sad right now. It bothers me greatly to have to return Delta to the humane society. But she isn't even eating now, she only drinks water. She cries out in pain when using the potty. I am thoroughly disgusted with whoever dumped her outside and abandoned her, and I'm thoroughly disgusted with the humane society for not keeping those kittens longer than 2 days before adopting them out, to see if they would get sick or not. She will be going either later on today, or tomorrow..

i don't even remember the last time i used it.
i was thinking about walking it yesterday, but instead, i ate chinese food.

i really need to get back to exercising.

I'm sorry little Angel is sick Life is cruel.

Fortunately, once she's been cleared for re-adoption, she will get adopted again real fast. They get kittens in all the time, and within a day or two, they all get adopted. 16 of the 18 kittens that were there when I got Angel, were adopted that same day, and they'd only been there for 2 days prior.. I feel sorry for the adult cats, no one ever wants them.
there is some kind of saying that goes like: an object in motion, tends to stay in motion, and an object at rest, tends to stay at rest. It used to be on some commercial, and it drove me crazy. I don't care what the science behind it is....IT'S BUNK! At least that first part.......
An object in motion requires a continuous/semi-continuous exertion of energy to remain in motion. Put it to the test in the real world. Take anything and throw it.......it will soar for a bit, but as the energy that caused it to soar to begin with wanes, it will slow down, and eventually fall to the ground and come to rest.
That stinking commercial drove me crazy...........talk about hollering at the TV!
Anyway, listen to your heart........do as you believe is best for you.

She is not a big cat, and her fur is slightly darker now, across her back

Going to focus on the word tonight and journal for a bit, the experience should be relaxing.
I haven't really been feeling very loved and respected lately but God is pushing me forward into being mature about it and to just work through it and to have faith. The only validation I need is through Him, and Jesus loves me very much.
My grandmother also passed this early morning and I was planning on going down to southern Illinois this weekend right after I lost my job but my father was being very rude to me and treating me like garbage so I just stayed home looking for work again.
Focus time.
