What about fossils in general? I have seen, and have, fossils in rocks.

Do you have a list of which fossils are true, and which are manmade?
 
A few things to note:

I think Spherical may be some professor of archaeology somewhere and he saves his most intimate work for us to solve.
 
I believe that the satellite pics of the round earth are proof enough that the earth is round. This crazy "flat" earth idea is nonsense. One can argue pro or con if practiced in debate. The winner will be determined by how artful the arguments are presented. Therefore debating will not prove the truth, and could easily obscure it.

What satellite pics?
I showed pics from NASA from the moon and they show no stars or satellites.
How real is that?
Is that what you base your beliefs in?

it's called exposure time. look, here's a picture of the night sky taken from planet earth:

did i just prove that the earth does not exist? that we're all living on a fake movie studio??

or did i give an example of how photography works? that taking a picture of a bright object means you have a short exposure time, and dim objects aren't visible because the shutter isn't open long enough?

don't spread lies and nonsense, Allen. it's unbecoming for a Christian, and behavior that is not worthy of what we are called to be.
have a little common sense.

Am I causing you to have doubts in what you believe?
Does this cause you to retaliate by insulting my intelligence (as if everyone would agree that your intelligence is superior to mine)?

Unbecoming as a Christian?
But you insulting me is not unbecoming of a Christian?

Is the only defense you have is this picture of the moon that can be dissected a dozen different ways to disprove your point?
Is your defense of NASA and your beliefs that weak?

I bet if you studied all this a little bit instead of ridiculing it, you might end up in the other camp.

Well put Stephen63 it's all about the attention , for one thing the earth is ( ROUND) NOT FLAT . as far as the dinosaurs go they were real , i beleave they were hear at one point in time .

maybe, but the emphasis would have to be on the "a little bit"
and only if we used a very narrow definition of the word "study" -- meaning i would have to ignore all credible sources and just subscribe to a couple of very particular youtube channels. and NOT read the comment sections.

because if anyone were to put more than the merest, tiniest amount of an imitation of a thought towards all of this,
and if anyone were to actually study all of this,
there is really nothing left to do but laugh at how ridiculous you guys are being, cry because you are so woefully deceived, or be angry because you're associating the name of Christ with blatant lies and foolishness.
out of those, the laughter *feels* best, but i believe the scripture actually indicates that weeping for you is the wiser of the options . . ?

there's no reason for you to take that personally.

it is not becoming for a Christian to remain deceived and to spread untruths.
it is becoming for a Christian to reject lies and establish what is true.

I am not advocating the thread title -- I personally believe there is something to what the Bible calls 'dragons' / 'leviathan' / 'behemoth'. However, I am not too proud to consider the possibility that I do not "have it all figured out"...


It is not becoming for a Christian to 'slam' his brother - who is in search of the truth.

It is becoming for a Christian to be patient with his brother - who he believes to be in error.


posthuman -- if you feel that you are so full of all of the right knowledge and wisdom - then, fine; however, you just may one day discover that it was you who was in error. And, it will probably make you feel "really funny" on Judgment Day - especially after having judged others so harshly...

If you believe another to be in error -- then, don't think of that person as 'stupid'; rather - show them the truth in love with patience. However, at the same time --- you must be willing to reconsider what you believe so that you do not err in "correcting" that person who you believe to be in error.

And -- do not assume that others never reconsider what they believe.

"I do it all the time ---------- because, I am in search of the truth..."

Well we have bones to prove they were on earth at one point we have dna of dinos and also have animals that are from a very long line of dinosaur ancestry

A guy that used to work for me had a family place up north where he would find dino bones. Ya....he even has some on display in his house. I'm pretty sure they are as real as it gets.
