Like the title says, what do you consistently do, or at least try to, or want to do that contributes to living a healthy life? Exercise is an example, drinking more than 2 litres of water a day, is another example. I'll start.

read and live The Word, first thing in the morning -
and the last thing at night...in between is good to...![]()
If it's physically possible..taking long walks is a good thing to try. At least that's what I do.
I stay away from drama.
I read the bible to my two young girls.
I eat about 70% raw vegan food.
