I will NOT vote for Donald Trump.

IMO the question would have made for an informative poll question and maybe the poll should have shown the names of those that are for Trump because Trump supporters are not ashamed of showing their support for him and those that are not for him are not afraid to say they are not for him.

As bad as Trump is Hillary is far worse. We have gotten to the point in this country where we as Christians hold our nose and vote for what we hope will be the lesser of evils.

There are no gems from which to choose. No outright Christian would be willing let alone able to run for the office.

If my only choice is Trump or Clinton, I'll have to hold my nose and vote for Trump.

God is not going to elect someone who has an evil heart of racism now. If Trumps gets in, it will only because he has the money. You got to realize that these candidates are only in it to gain more power, more money, you really think they really actually care about you? Besides the caring of you votes, so they will come accross all im this or that, and produce false promises. only to find out if who ever is selected, your vote has given them the rights to change and add more disception and lies and more corrupted policies and hammer you down with hardship. Come on, I understand we do have to make a choice for a leader, but the leaders that represents the country are only faces for the real governments. We should see the real governments who pulls the strings on these puppets faces.

The reality is America is screwed and with 22 trillion in debt and Trump is the last man willing to save it....the rest are working for their masters....
Trump says "make America great again".I wonder.......Does he want the glory or does he really care about the people?

A man putting his own big, bold, capitalized name on a dozen buildings in NYC...I think we can rest assured he wants the best for the people, not the glory...:p

At 25 years old trump took over a big portion of his dad's business empire and made his own name. So what if he was born on third base. You're gonna hold that against the guy when he could have been like Obama and choom gang blowing Coke up his nose. Peoples arguments against trump are irrational.

Let's just weigh our options. Ideologues or realists. I'll take the realist every time

So what if the ends justifies the means.
This is what Loyola said...he was a Jesuit, it has been used to downplay rather ugly stuff...

So is the general opinion that, at this stage in the race, Trump and Clinton are the only real options, and that therefore Trump is the lesser of two evils? Is it a waste of time to vote for one of the other candidates like Cruz?

St. Ignatius of Loyola didn't say that, it was actually Niccolo Machiavelli, amongst others.

That's NOT EXACTLY how that went...........but it sounds good.

:)

Yes, I did my homework on Trump and his "dirt poor childhood" beginnings.

It is. He was born into privilege money and influence. He used it to his advantage. Wouldn't you? Most born into Trumps circumstance squander the opportunity. He went to business school and has a keen mind for business. Far better than his fathers. He didn't waste his opportunity and it says a lot about him. Especially juxtaposed against the 80's and the debauchery of those days.
