Oh Abby, you and I would be dangerous together.

I love Sephora, Ulta, even the drugstore makeup aisles... I love all of it!!! I try to be careful but I have to admit it's my one splurge.

Although... when I was younger, I used to go to those places to look at the makeup.

Now I go in to look at the wrinkle creams.

I wasn't going to.

But then I missed CC. #TheSignsOfACCAddict #ButNotReally #JustReallyMissedYouGuys

We missed U too, I have been doing some drive bys of the forums .. especially the extra special legalistically rife ones ... ah the life of a grace troll ...

And little has become a wee ginger nut, abz has come back for round 2 causing quite the stir in CC hmmm ... but no #Ericasmerica

I guess the question that I have is do you HAVE TO renew the lease? Every place I've ever rented required a one year lease to move in, but after the original lease expired you could either renew the lease annually or remain on a month to month basis.

There are pros and cons to both scenarios depending on your life situation of course, signing a new lease obligates you for the cost of the rent for the duration of the lease (or the time from when you vacate until it is re-leased whichever is shorter), but being on a month to month means the landlord can raise the rent at any time or terminate your occupancy with only 30 days notice (but of course gives you the freedom to vacate on 30 day notice).
 
Womens downhill skiing happens to be on tv right now. I've never seen a sport where every participant looked like a model... they're actually prettier than some of those supermodels..

Personally I hate being called a ginger or seeing that word. Might as well reverse the first g and the n, that's how I think of it and feel about it when I see it being used not related to food.
