For me, it is not quite like that. Letters don't change order while looking at them, but every time I look at a word/page, the letters could be in a different order.

why do people who want a new patient appointment call while they are driving? and then ask me questions about their insurance expecting me to know that info w/o actually checking their benefits? so when i ask them for their info, they reply with "well, i'm driving right now, so i can't get my card."
