I don't know who your history teacher was...but somebody failed to inform you that an arab is an ethnic cultural discriptive word only. ISLAM is the 'religion'. It is not possible to be a CHRIST follower who also follows Islam. A CHRIST follower can be from any culture they are born into, makes NO difference. You can be a Christian Eskimo, a CHRISTIAN ARAB, a CHRISTIAN American, a CHRISTIAN European, and more. What you can't be is a CHRISTIAN Hindu, a CHRISTIAN voodoo Doctor, a CHRISTIAN atheist, a CHRISTIAN gay activist, a CHRISTIAN Islamic...RELIGION is the difference, not the culture. Silly you!

I cannot imagine what Arab converts or Muslim converts to Christianity think when they come and see threads like this - after risking their life and many losing family members to find their new faith, to come across a stupid uneducated thread like this.
Currently in Iraq the Yazidi Christian community there is having genocide waged against them by Dhaesh. Boys over the age of 14 were executed, while the younger ones are being trained and brainwashed into becoming jihadists, girls and women are being sold as slaves and used in sex trafficking, men are being executed and even buried alive - yet how can these people be Christian because they are Arab?!?

the debate here is that you CANNOT be both a practicing Muslim AND a practicing christian at the same time..you cant serve two masters or two religions..
False that's an ignorant statement. Jesus Christ himself was in Israel. Where do you think Christianity spread first? Arab Christianity came before Arab Islam... Enlighten yourself. Go to an Arab american church, go to youtube, DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Like Ugly said, do some research before responding to a zombie thread. This one is a year old AND TouchedbyHim has NOT been online since March 6th of LAST YEAR.. So odds are he will NEVER even see your response.

In my country, if you are a muslim and convert to christian, you have committed an offense and can be either fine, jailed or both. Muslims in my coutry can't be convert because they claimed is teaching of the Quran

When pulling zombie threads forward, you NEED to look at the OP's profile first, to make sure you're not responding to someone who has left the site or been banned.
And I'm not bitter at all. I'm just enlightening a newbie about what to do before pulling zombie threads forward. Myself and Ugly and many others, inform newbies all the time about different stuff. It's okay, you're new and you didn't know about zombie threads. Now you do.
