Please keep praying for my back to heal. It was doing ok the last couple days, but started acting up again this morning.. aargh.. I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO BE THIS DECREPIT IN MY FORTIES!! I don't see the spine surgeon until Feb. 9th and right now, I cannot stand for any length of time, nor sit for any length of time and now it even bothers when I am laying down. I could barely even function long enough this morning to go get groceries at the store. To top it all off, I'm broke and had to rely on using gift cards to get my groceries today. Thank goodness payday is almost here..

Oh Lord, please PLEASE release me from this painful body I'm trapped in..

Sydlit, no I didn't happen to see it. Do you remember what thread it's in and I'll go check it out? I was able to get groceries yesterday. It was painful but I managed. Thank goodness for all the gift cards I got for Christmas..lol.. They came in very handy. Usually I'm set on money but this month, I wasn't expecting some of the extra expenses that I got this month. The 2-week dose of the cat's meds cost me $43.95, then I ordered a month's worth dose for February, and that was $44.75. I thought the month's dose would be double what the 2-week dose was, but they only charged me 80 cents more, so that's a good deal. I have enough refills on it to go until about April, but after that I think I'm going to have her put to sleep. The medicine is helping her not to throw up so much, but she still has alot of gas and farts/ poops on the floor. I'm at the point where I'm not physically able to keep cleaning up after her, because all this bending and squatting is KILLING my back..


There is a food shelf here at one of the churches, but they are never well-stocked, and truly needy people go there. By "truly needy" I mean "homeless". I very rarely go to the food shelf to get anything. I'd rather leave it for those who really need it, because they let you take a week's worth of food. The churches here in my town take turns daily, doing a soup kitchen. I do go to those sometimes. They're open to everyone, even though alot of the homeless people go to them also.

Off topic is easy,
Been off CC for almost a year. Just got busy is all. Bought a new dirt bike too me. 07 KTM 525 4 stroke. Rated #1 Hill Climber and woods racer. Took it for my first real test ride today since I bought a couple of weeks ago after doing many upgrades to my liking. Amazing power and traction compared to my over stupidly fast and powerful 500 Honda 2 stroke that gets no traction.

Then getting on topic. My new KTM has a kick stand that I installed. Now much easier to park it on top of the mountains and talk with the Lord. Simple to climb big mountains with this KTM. :- )
