Well, it is afternoon here, so I will just say "Good Day" to all my friends. I've been very busy. I started a Greek course, and I had to memorize all the words I learned 5 years ago - 365 words. And all the noun cases and verb forms. But I pretty much had it down in 2 weeks, considering it took me a year the first time. Obviously, I was recalling a lot of it. And some things I think I understood better.
In this course we have to learn over 1000 words. That is pretty much the whole NT, except for words with a frequency of less than 10 times. So I am working on that, and on advanced grammar. Really a challenge. And I have to decide if I want to do it for credit or for fun. Since I am pretty much using the standard I did when I took the course 5 years ago, I'm leaning towards credit. That's in cases some day I want to do my Ph.D.
The weather has been perfect winter weather. It is around freezing, and snowing lots. My husband and son went skiing today, I hope my husband can handle it as he is not in shape. He is an expert skier, but you still have to have a little bit of strength and conditioning. Well, I'll know soon how they both did.
So that is my life. Love to see you all posting, and the nice pics and stuff. Have a great time at church tomorrow. May the Holy Spirit touch you and give you joy, hope, peace and grace. (And I hope you had a good time in church today JL!)

Ok, I just got the strangest pm from a 13 year old kid and she says she's a universalist christian but she doesn't believe in hell so she thinks she's going to commit suicide someday..

I did.. She's not online right now, but she'll get my pm when she signs in again. She hasn't made any posts yet on here--I checked her profile, and under spiritual status it says "unsure" but under when saved, it says "I've always been a christian".
Thanks Angela - sounds like you are super busy....December and January have not been a good few weeks health wise for me. As far as family fun and the holiday spirit had it in aces.... The two new purring fur babies are just wonderful and so sweet an lovey as they constantly request attention and want to be held and petted.... so the sound of purring is ringing in my ears and they have a great calming effect on me. I wish people could be as easy to love as animals....a few of the peeps test my patience.
Tourist is doing better and his lip is almost healed from the blast of steam burn he got on his birthday at work from one of the ovens. Would you believe after he got hurt they started writing him up trying to make the broken oven his fault and in just 5 days time they had written him up 3 times and these are put in your file.... I had had it with Walmart and wrote a letter to one of the CEO's at corporate stating how unfair and unjustified the treatment tourist has gotten since the accident from a faulty oven.... Can I just say I hate Walmart and would recommend that no one shop there ever. Just from the treatment of their employees it is horrible to say the least... If they keep it up I am going to contact one of my lawyer friends and ask for a recommendation for an attorney. Enough is enough...
Well I have ranted far too long. Going to start the process to get into the free clinic system and must start that this week to see what the requirements are since I don't have a Doctor anymore and take too many medications to not have someone prescribing them....such as life...
Hope your not in too much pain and your meds are working... Sorry for the rant session.
Yeah.. But this happened once before-- I got a pm from a kid talking about suicide, then later on they were revealed to be a troll. :/ Hopefully, this isn't the case this time..
