Sounds as though you may be suffering from depression. You should go to a doctor, tell him how you feel and he may refer you to a counselor or psychologist that can help you to understand what you're feeling and why. Often there are deeper reasons than the ones we see. But even if it is nothing but the reasons you state, it could still be mentally healthy to have someone listen to you, show you better ways of coping with stress, set priorities, etc... I am seeing a counselor currently. It''s not always easy, they sometimes like to make you face things that you don't want to, but you end up better off in the long run.
We often assume God is angry at us when we go through hard times, sometimes those situations last a long time. But school is hard. It's not that God isn't there, it's just that school is not easy for most people. Learning how to handle the thoughts and feelings it brings about is a healthier mindset, and will also help you in your mindset towards God as well.
Also going through hard times is what God uses to grow us. People grow the most when they are in the fire, in the trial. It may hurt, but it stretches you and when you think you can't handle any more you do handle. It shows you what you have in you and pushes you to go farther. And it SUCKS at the time. I know, i have lived a lot of my life with that feeling. But people also tell me i'm a strong person and have survived things they weren't sure they would, or not without losing faith. I've always avoided drugs and alcohol. Tried to learn how to deal with things. Having depression makes it harder for me than most.
But i have learned a few things that help. Such as keeping in mind situations are temporary. It may seem like it will never end, but school will end. And you will go on to other things. And be stronger for having made it through.
Faith. Faith means knowing something isn't true, regardless of if you can see it, feel it, smell it, touch it, hear it or not. How we 'feel' about God being there or not is not an answer. Faith would say 'God is there, even if i don't 'feel' like he is'. Sometimes that's exactly what we have to do. Go on faith that God hasn't left us, no matter what we feel.
