Keep in mind that his brother is gay and so my uncle doesn't see anything wrong with it. I'm related to him by my aunt's marriage, so I'm guessing he was just raised differently. But still I was a bit surprised and confused...do I give off that vibe?

I seriously doubt you give off that vibe, Molly. I've been accused of being gay many times and I love women. People are just stupid.

I'm sorry, brother! As long as you and God know, then it doesn't matter what others think. That's what my mom told me when I told her about my uncle. And the thing is that I love my uncle to death, but he's just very different. He thinks differently.

Ugly - I just gotta say.... you honestly have the worst luck. It just seems like things hit you out of the blue. I mean, most of the time when I read somebody's post and they're crying about some bad this or that, I can read between the lines and find most of their error is caused by and belongs to their own selves. In your case it often doesn't seem that way. It's often uncontrolled for the most part. Really, the only thing different this time is I've usually had to highlight your sig to read it instead of this time wanting to white it out!

There's one consistency though. You.never.blame.God. You never question why God allows this to happen or that to break or the other to leave. Your faith never falters. That doesn't go unnoticed, I believe, by either some of us here or God for that matter. Get well soon brother.
