lol!!! you can add some yoghurt and oatmeal too.... bwahahaha..
ahem.. sorry i cant resist.. thats funny.. lol! :p
And don't forget cucumber slices over the eyes.
Also, egg-wash in the hair,
and a hollywood cover-all trick is pancake make-up.
I add a couple of breakfast sausage up the nose,
strictly for aesthetics. It gives that 'Ready for Anything' look,
Plus it helps round out the meal.;)

One thing that I always tell my clients; something very important to remember when treating dark spots (and this goes with any brand of treatment), you must, must, MUST wear a GOOD sunscreen in order for it to be effective. When I say good, I mean a dermatological sunscreen, such as La Roche Posay or Vichy; drugstore brands such as Coppertone, Nivea, etc. test for the absolute minimum UVA (you'd have to reapply it every fifteen minutes in order for it to be effective). This is very important!
:)
I know this is good advice ...but im sure its not going to happen :)

Retin-A will absolutely work. If you have sensitive skin, research it, you have to start slowly with it.

Are the organic/all natural sunscreens generally more efficient too?
Not necessarily; kinda depends on what kind of mineral is used as a filter, and on specific skin needs. Really, in my opinion, the best ones are the ones that use both chemical and mineral filters.

Yes! And if you're going to use retinol products, use sunscreen! Vitamin A is not photostable. I might start sounding like a broken record here :P

Ah, thanks! I'll keep that filed away.

Is there any help for guys in their late 40s ?
Absolutely :) I think Biotherm makes some of the best mens' skincare on the market, especially for anti-aging. That's something you could look into :)

Can't believe no one ever noticed this written on the back of Darth Vader's helmut!

Where do you get stuff like this?
That's a good question lol I know where you can get it here in Canada, but I'm not sure if it's the same as the US; I do know that you can get it there, though. Sears and The Bay [AKA Hudson's Bay Company] have it.

I use it. Only on occasion though. It burns, reddens your face like a lobster & peels the crap out of it! It DOES fade scars & peel off soooooo much dead gunk. The pain is only short-lived & the results are the best you will get without a laser.

There's tons of fabulous, effective retinol creams on the market now that are a lot more tolerable than they used to be :)

How about a face mask. Won't fade the spots but they're refreshing.

It's only a little pain & the results are awesome. I'm talking about the straight cream though, not a face wash or cream that has retinol in it. You can handle it, lol.
