I know this is good advice ...but im sure its not going to happenOne thing that I always tell my clients; something very important to remember when treating dark spots (and this goes with any brand of treatment), you must, must, MUST wear a GOOD sunscreen in order for it to be effective. When I say good, I mean a dermatological sunscreen, such as La Roche Posay or Vichy; drugstore brands such as Coppertone, Nivea, etc. test for the absolute minimum UVA (you'd have to reapply it every fifteen minutes in order for it to be effective). This is very important!

Are the organic/all natural sunscreens generally more efficient too?Yes! I do this every day![]()
Not necessarily; kinda depends on what kind of mineral is used as a filter, and on specific skin needs. Really, in my opinion, the best ones are the ones that use both chemical and mineral filters. Are the organic/all natural sunscreens generally more efficient too?
Yes! And if you're going to use retinol products, use sunscreen! Vitamin A is not photostable. I might start sounding like a broken record hereRetin-A will absolutely work. If you have sensitive skin, research it, you have to start slowly with it.
Does it get rid of spots?
Ah, thanks! I'll keep that filed away. Not necessarily; kinda depends on what kind of mineral is used as a filter, and on specific skin needs. Really, in my opinion, the best ones are the ones that use both chemical and mineral filters.
AbsolutelyIs there any help for guys in their late 40s ?

That's a good question lol I know where you can get it here in Canada, but I'm not sure if it's the same as the US; I do know that you can get it there, though. Sears and The Bay [AKA Hudson's Bay Company] have it.Where do you get stuff like this?
I use it. Only on occasion though. It burns, reddens your face like a lobster & peels the crap out of it! It DOES fade scars & peel off soooooo much dead gunk. The pain is only short-lived & the results are the best you will get without a laser.Yes! And if you're going to use retinol products, use sunscreen! Vitamin A is not photostable. There's tons of fabulous, effective retinol creams on the market now that are a lot more tolerable than they used to beI use it. Only on occasion though. It's only a little pain & the results are awesome. I'm talking about the straight cream though, not a face wash or cream that has retinol in it. You can handle it, lol.what? skittle are you trying to get me hurt?
