trump's proposed 'deportation force' -is- a gestapo once you realize the unlawful and unconstitutional powers this organization would need in order to be even remotely effective in carrying out its mission...

All that really has to be done is make it illegal to hire illegals, place heavy taxation on wiring money back to Mexico, and remove illegals from welfare. They will self deport.

It called the Border Patrol and a illegal immigrant is "illegal" so by their illegal status and as non-citizens they do not qualify for constitutional protection. This would be so easy to do..because when you start making clear you aim to enforce the law ..these folks will leave on their own in large part.

Trump's deportation force idea is just the icing on the cake. Really when he said he wants to change definition of citizenship that is the bread of it. Lol I know you're not one for conspiracy theories, but wow, that one writes itself and yet is not a conspiracy cause Donald Trump says it quite publicly.

It gets old though. I know you are more conservative leaning lady Rachel, and also quite pragmatic. As a fairly informed voter and the GOP woman here, I am more interested in your take on the GOP primaries. Who do you think are top 3 best to nominate from the choices given?

I would bet your tune would change quickly if and when a Paris style operation is carried out here....or even worse. There are about three billion people in the world that make less than two dollars a day....and we take 1 million a year while 80 million more are born? This notion that by taking in immigrants we are effecting positive change is laughable nonsense. As a matter of fact...the ones that make it here are often ones who should be encouraged to stay where they are so they can be a positive force and raise their own people to a higher standard. I'm really tired of this bleeding heart lie about immigrants.
 
20 trillion in debt... unemployment and poverty at all time highs ....120 trillion more owed in unpaid social programs ...and the liberals what to take and spend OTHER peoples money and put other peoples lives in danger. I say to the liberals ...go give your own money away and go put your own life at risk...stop trying to make others pay for your false ideas of compassion.

Im tired of liberals telling us what America is about...we the people decide what America is about and 75% of the people want this nonsense with these immigrants stopped until we take care of our own people and are safe here.
 
Why don't these bleeding hearts put these peace loving muslims up in their own homes... I wish they would send a couple hundred of those young men to live with Hillary and Obama... No they will go where the poor people live and the rich liberals will drive by or fly over as they rape and murder our people

that was romney's proposal...and it may work and is worth a try...

unfortunately that is not what trump is proposing...his proposal is openly draconian...not to mention expensive enough that only a manic billionaire could dream it up...

To be fair he does make this part of his plan...but honestly he likes the whole "get them out now" speech...he knows it helps him politically to be very blunt on this issue. The thing is the establishment Republicans have been claiming they was going to to this or that for about 20 years now.... no one believes them anymore

So when is enforcing immigration law a act of great evil? Do you lock your door at home? Do you allow just anyone to move into your house? are you evil not to just let folks come in and take over your home?

i wasn't talking about constitutional rights for illegal immigrants...i was talking about the constitutional rights of american citizens...

you know the illegal immigrants aren't just going to sew yellow badges on their clothes so trump's 'deportation force' will know who they are...and that means the only way to find and identify them all...or even a majority of them for that matter...is by systematic warrantless search of an entire population...including american citizens within that population...in blatant violation of the fourth amendment rights of those american citizens...

That's just leftist propaganda ...and you know it. The American people want the law enforced and our borders secure. And that why you see Trump doing so well.... You know its funny in some states he is winning Hispanic vote in the polls... maybe they don't see illegal immigration as a good thing as you seem to do?

Yes...that's what happens in the world ...stuff happens and the voters see things in a new light.... but trump was winning before this attack...what happened was folks just seen he has been right about this immigration issue.
