Sorry, I read posts chronologically. I actually read all of the posts and then wrote mine and I didn't see yours until later. Thank you, brother. Your post was of great encouragement. I'm off to talk with God and let Him rebuild this relationship of mine.
 
Dear neighbors of my apartment complex,

Please don't mind my random outbursts of frustration. The ninth inning of this game is super intense and I have nothing else better to do than insult the players.

Tin, I'm praying for you..to hear what God is speaking to you, to have His peace flow thru your heart and wash it anew, for you to see Him..truly see who He is and how much He loves you. And I'm just praying for God to heal your heart and for you to be blessed. Seek Him and you shall find Him and all the desires of your heart. You are loved.

This feels like the faith you lack might be for yourself. Let me ask you this: Do you think you'd be a good teacher? Do you think you'd do the best you could for your students for the Glory of God? Do you think the things you taught would be heralded by your faith in the Higher Being of the God of Israel? Do you think you'd raise your children in that same Light? Do you think you'd lead your wife in the mystical ways of the Holy Spirit for the Glory of God in these ways? See, I haven't even met you and I think you would. I think you have already attracted a wife. I think you have already taught children.

I think if someone as.... I guess, inconsequential as me has this faith in you, faith that you use the talents and gifts God planted; that you have cultivated those gifts - that you're like the man who invested the money his Master gave him and created more, then how much more does God trust you? Does He give you more? Or does He take even that little away?

I have much more to learn, but yes, I do.

Absolutely!

Yes, I do. Very much so. I'd even like to see Maths taught as something God-oriented (and I'm not a fan of Maths).

Yes. I can't think much more I'd rather do.

I'm not sure I understand this question. Would I endeavour to lead my wife in God's ways by way of Holy Spirit? If so, yes.

And Jesus himself said that first line while he hung on the cross.

Sometimes we are tested (like Job).

I pray that whatever is causing you pain will be resolved quickly in Jesus' name.

What a crazy sports weekend. American Pharoah making history.. the Royals ending a 30 year championship drought.. Drew Brees and Eli Manning combining for 13 touchdown passes.. Peyton Manning and Aaron Rodgers combining for zero touchdown passes.. my Vikings being 5-2 lol.. and we still have Monday Night Football tomorrow. Best Halloween weekend ever :D

:) I'm happy. My sister's mini film project was nominated at a Film fest in Melbourne (New Film-Maker's category). I was promoted at work and officially started training today. Lastly, I'm gonna start sound monitoring for church this Sunday, first step to reaching my life long dream.

It's hard to think now that I used to cut and attempted suicide a few times, that the life I lived was a lot filthier than most people will ever know. None of us will ever deserve God's favor, yet He continues to give. None of us is desirable, yet He continues to love. How I valued myself was probably insulting to God, yet in my weakness His strength was made perfect. Blessed be the Name of the Lord :)
