SYL.....So not into snakes, spiders or bats! Sadly the region I live in they are common. I LOVE my dog more for helping me battle them!

Bats are pretty creepy. When I was an RA (Resident Advisor) at college, we had a bat problem in our dorms. For some reason, my senior year at college, we experienced so many bats in the building. As an RA, we had training on how to get rid of them. It was by far the scariest thing ever when all the girls are screaming, and I'm trying to direct them to their rooms, as I battled the forces of the bats.

I was never scared until I had to deal with them until last year.

It was quite traumatizing. But, I definitely felt like a boss when I was able to get them out of the building. It is never fun when you deal with 32 screaming college girls, though.....

Ahh...bats!
They caused no annoyance to me I must say

Once on a field trip with my daughter
To Squire Boone Caverns I love
Corydon Indiana lol btw

We were in the dark cave
A guide that was sadly there for the pay
Not GODS nature :(

Anyhow so I am field trip mom
Sadly 6 foot

Back then when the light came on

Bats!
Were an inch above my head
Sleeping

Can't say I was afraid

They were still

Used to humans visiting caves I suppose
But they were in my face
Yet calm

Cool moment I recall

ROACHES!!!! AHHH FREAK ME OUT! During college I managed these apartment buildings. A tenant left and I called the bug guy. He said it was bad, don't go in for days. Days later I go in to inspect...I opened the door and thousands of LIVE ROACHES fell all over me. I SCREAMED BLOODY Murder and started striping off my clothes, I didn't care who saw me butt naked. NO SNAKES, BATS, SPIDERS or ROACHES!!!! AHHHHHHHHHH

oh yes, BATS, they are SO a part of the natural order of the things of God.....

they are programmed to eat many of the things that would KILL us......

they are right up there with the foot-walkers of the earth that 'recycle' for our benefit....

GO BATS - GO BUZZARDS - POSSUMS - CATFISH - GO THE CLEANERS-UP-SO-THAT-WE-MAY-LIVE.....
God's eco-system...........................

Snakes.

When I was a little girl, I actually used to have continuous dreams about snakes. It was the worst thing ever.
When I was like 10, I used to go outside and pick up and play with snakes, some as long as 6ft lol. When we moved I was sneaky and took a tiny grass snake and her babies with us. One day, we came home from school and I noticed they had escaped the container I was keeping them in lol. Luckily I found them, but I didn't tell my mom about it until a few years ago :p.

Oh, gosh. How did your Mom react when you finally told her?

We had rat and cockroach problems. And the girls always seem to have stray cat problems. But in your case, I guess that wouldn't be a problem.. :p

I have moderate to severe scoleciphobia.
If there's anything that'll make you feel like a loser, it's calling your husband on a rainy night walking home, hyperventilating like a crazy person, telling him you're having a massive panic attack, and when he asks why, you say, "I SAW A REALLY BIG WORM."
And then he has to come get you because it's dark and you can't see the worms on the sidewalk and your anxiety is getting worse. And a friend is visiting at the time so he comes along with your husband to rescue you from the worms.

Yeah. Good times.

Heights and centipedes. Oh and fear of the sea (I can probably overcome fear of heights since I've gotten used to flying a lot. I love beaches, just not the sea, I mean, who knows what's down there!?! It's dark and cold and gaaaah).

Okay, this may look really disturbing so be warned.

A centipede-like creature from under the sea. *screams internally*
