Not too bad. :) Some days are better than others and this weekend was a bit rough on me but I'm starting to get better.
 
Never. I have seen some people who say it is too early for chocolate, but they drink coffee as soon as they get up. If it's not too early for coffee, it's not too early for chocolate.

I agree 100%! I got some crispy M&Ms for my birthday from my brother (b/c we would eat those as kids). So of course I woke up eating them the next day (yesterday). My mom was surprised that I was eating chocolate so early in the morning with a cup of coffee and a donut on her plate. LOL :rolleyes:
 
I've been so tired of my current computer. But I'm thinking I'm even more tired of not having a keyboard in my house. Not the computer kind. The musical kind.
 
I just bought my second car

... and I don't even have a drivers license.... :p

(Well, it won't remain mine, my friend who does have a license will be driving us and our stuff when we go back to Norway)
 
i need to buy a new (to me) car. gonna start looking this weekend.

i plans to do lots of driving in the near future :)

Zero! So close. SO VERY close. It was a B17. But the Sperry ball turret was used in both the 17 and the 24, so of course it would be difficult to tell which bomber I was in from that picture. I dropped a very subtle hint when I said the question was worth 17 billion points.

But you were so close that I'm going to award you 15.93 billion points.

I remember when I was 5 hours old - I was cold, naked, had no money, and I was always whining about everything.

I am glad those tough times are in the past now!!!
 
Having to make changes in my life. They're changes that I'm going to really have to keep up with. I can't just make changes and then let them slowly fade away like I always do...so terrible with change. These should be good changes. However, even good changes are difficult to adjust to.
 
I have allowed myself in the past month or so to get so distracted, to get a hold of things that will not last, that will not endure. I have allowed things to get to this heart, to taint it with its desires.

But, my life will never be my own. I cannot look for acceptance and love from others, when I have had it all along from the One who gave me breath. When I allow myself to look for that acceptance and love from others, it is borderline idolatry. I look from others in order to gain "worth," in order to gain "self-respect," instead of looking to God who has made me whole with no missing pieces. I have allowed myself to look to others for fulfillment instead of God.

Galatians talks about how if we are people pleasers, we are not God-pleasers.

I cannot look for my fulfillment from others. No one has the right to speak death into my life. I refuse to listen to the negative things people have spoken over my life. I. Have. Worth.

I may have been pushed, but I have not been destroyed for I stand on the strong foundation, my Lord Jesus Christ.

I am clothed in righteousness.
I am a daughter of Jesus.
I have been made right with the Father.
I am complete. I am free. I am pure.
