Jesus is NOT a super hero. He's not like Batman or Spiderman..lol... Those are fictional characters. Jesus is a very REAL person/spirit. Jesus is not a rock star either. Rock stars become stars to gather fame, fortune, popularity, etc.. Jesus wants none of those things, except to be properly worshipped as He has commanded us to. So don't compare him to the most popular stars such as Elvis, Michael Jackson, or The Beatles.

That being said, my name for Jesus is God..Lord..Savior..Redeemer.. NOT superhero or rockstar..

Even superheroes have their best laid plans thwarted by the enemy. Jesus doesn't. His plan is perfect from beginning to end. And rock stars are NOT "awesome". They are people who rather often feel very lonely and they end up dead broke, drug addicted and alone. They live lives of being told what to do and how to do it. They have no freedom, and no privacy. Just crazy fans and paparazzi always chasing them, wanting autographs and shoving cameras in their faces every minute of the day.. NOTHING'S awesome about THAT lifestyle..

That is adorable, sweetie. My brother is 12 and he also thinks Jesus is like a superhero. Have you ever read Manga Messiah? It's cool. Keep learning about Jesus, the more you know about Him, the more awesome He becomes <3 Much love.

I often think of Him as the names written by the prophets, and what He was called by His apostles. Like, Lord, King, and Master. I also often call Him Wonderful, and Almighty. And sometimes when Im reaching out to Him in praise, I like to call Him "Most Awesome", because to me He is the Most Awesome

I really like to use the word "awesome" literally when attaching it to Him though, not as in "cool" or anything But like truly awe inspiring, I guess
