kind of a southern thing, but my grandmother and great aunt, before they passed, would head souse meat, which is basically a pig's head, sometimes ears, and probably other parts too, ground up, and pressed into a loaf. could not stand to look at, nevermind eating.

What are those photos? The only one. I recognize, for sure, is celery.

Mine are fishhead stew, fried eel, liver, lima beans and anything hot n' spicy.

I'm so sorry. I read that as 'spouse' meat. Bad, Christian. Naughty.

When I was younger my grandma would always try to get me to eat liver and onions, but I downright refused and got stuck eating beets and finished the can. But I will say horseradish really cleans out the nasal passages :)
