Truely, when people come to me and tell me they saw me on the street and I did not greet them, you can be SURE I DID NOT see tham... :) If I'm too far, I'll wave and smile at least...

That awkward moment when you started a post and walked off to get a bite to eat, then came back to the computer and forgot what
 
I just got back from turning in some paperwork at a local business and I walk into the office when suddenly about five guys crowd around to find what I need. Then one guy appears out of nowhere and says, "she's for me" and I have never seen him before. Talk about an awkward moment. Lol
 
You find out you have a phone interview the same day, with only an hour's notice. Hopefully my winging it didn't come across too bad.
 
that awkward moment you only work 3 days this week,

and you mentally clocked out yesterday. lol

it's gonna be a good week :o
 
That Awkward moment when you've already felt alienated in a group of conversationalists for asking the speaker of the moment,... "What?" three times over, and you still have no idea what he has said so you just agree with him to save face, and the rest of the group looks quickly your direction and quietly grimaces with raised eyebrows, Followed by an in -ordinate amount of pause. Then, someone walks by and says "hello" and quickened with shame from the original conversation you quickly turn to this new person and say " good thank you." catching what you did post event and even more in ordinate pause screams at you.

That awkward moment when you can't stop staring at your hands that you just busted punching bags and you can't stop grinning! :)
 
that awkward moment when you're trying to schedule the patient's next appointment, and he's already an awkward dude who can't decide when he wants to return, and so you say, "would you like to give me a call instead?" when you were supposed to say give the office a call.

That awkward moment when you address the lady at the desk making appointments using your dogs name accidentally, then go over to the lobby only to find a bean bag chair which you confidently sit in only to realize when Fiddo calls your name your dignity getting out of the chair has a whole new lack of awareness of itself, as you then pass by the lovely lady you were once attracted to saying under your breath, "Sorry I called you Fiddo."
