Crying helps... it releases the tension in our hearts...

And I'm telling you... you must do something with your hands... like muay thai... I'm telling you it really helps get rid of much of the frustration and anger... and you're left feeling peaceful and ready to deal with the problem itself... without the weight of all those crazy emotions on top of you... :)

It may sound a little silly, but it is not... it does help!! ;)
 
crying helps me as long as i'm being completely honest with Jesus about my feelings.

i'm so glad we can be honest with Him. sure, He already knows, but there's just something about sharing my thoughts/emotions with Him :)

They are a little bit of peppermint in the bag, they are about
10 flavors to the bag. It's a party mix/hostess mix. It has 30-
40 pieces to the bag. They are 25- 30 bags to the case, weighing
8.5 ounces to the bag.

I can get cases of peppermint, but the kids really don't like it, so, I
try to get what they like. If I get what they like, it don't get thrown
away.

April update. She's doing great, all smiles and laughing a bunch.
We're going to take her out of the hospital on Saturday, to the park,
and the aquarium. We are hoping she gets to come home next week.

I just had the nicest conversation with a couple in their 80's. The husband saw me and said he just had to sit right next to me and talked to me like I was part of their family. It was so sweet and made my day a bit brighter :)
