And I'm telling you... you must do something with your hands... like muay thai... I'm telling you it really helps get rid of much of the frustration and anger... and you're left feeling peaceful and ready to deal with the problem itself... without the weight of all those crazy emotions on top of you...

I love peppermint..
They are a little bit of peppermint in the bag, they are about
10 flavors to the bag. It's a party mix/hostess mix. It has 30-
40 pieces to the bag. They are 25- 30 bags to the case, weighing
8.5 ounces to the bag.
I can get cases of peppermint, but the kids really don't like it, so, I
try to get what they like. If I get what they like, it don't get thrown
away.
