Am I missing something? The post above from LadyLovesTheLord appears blank to me. Is that the point? I know I struggle with non-verbal communication, but I didn't think I was completely blind to it!

(PS, I use Firefox, is that the issue?)

Well, we're in the same boat, and I'm EXCELLENT at non-verbal communication. Wait... if that's the car you are driving, I'll change boat to car... AND I'll let you drive. Though I wouldn't mind a turn behind the wheel. :D

Im single because I havent met a girl I am comfortable with, who feels like I do about things and we can relate to each other, who isnt put off by my shyness, that I can just sit and talk about anything with, who loves Christ, and makes me feel natural and excited to be around her.

Well, actually I have, but, shes in her mid 50s, and Im only 26 :/ For a while we talked like all the time, and she would even smile real big and come right next to me and just start talking about anything :p And I actually did have a big crush on her too. But sadly the age gap is kinda big, so I think anything besides being good friends felt wrong in some ways for both of us :/

Just remember its not your fault...always blame others and you will be fine

No chance. It's my own fault. I just ain't been looking.

And I don't plan to start looking anytime soon.

I know I'm single because the Lord wanted me to learn how to love myself and enjoy my own company before introducing me to my someone special... :)

And if He's got no one planned for me, than that's the way it is!! :)

And so I keep enjoying the joys and "easygoingness" (hehehehe) of the single life!!! :)

i'm single because for too many years, i didn't love myself, so i'm learning to do that. these past 6 months, God has healed hidden wounds, and He is still working on me! :D does that mean someone is around the corner for me? maybe. maybe not. God's will be done! yaaaaaaaaas :D

Yes self-love is greatest love...just like the bible teaches ...hehe

Joke ..I understand what you guys are saying :)

Id agree with you, Im honestly not actively searching for anyone at all :p

I dont really feel like Im in a spot to be dating and junk right now. Maybe one day in the future, but not now. I have alot of things to deal with in my own personal life right now, and I dont really feel a need to have a partner at this moment. Its a nice thought for the future, though :3

I'm a widower. So not "still" Single. For a long time after she died, the option wasn't even on the table for me. For the time being, it is a choice born of a mixture of different factors, including some pain that has never healed.
