Wow, good morning everyone... What a way to wake up to 2 rep comments this morning.. And sorry for the 'guess who' but not enough coffee in the world to give me any clues ;)

Tuesday morning, next step to tell the seller of the house WE want the repairs for the house cost by check... Buy the house 'as is' and fix it up ourselves to make it feel more like my home. Have I said I can't wait till we are able to move in!?? Lol

I had some inheritance money when I was younger and should have invested in property (a home) then but I was way too unsettled and did not want the responsibility or to be tied down. Turns out I pretty much stayed put and have worked fairly steadily over the last four decades and only had three jobs since I was twenty one, all in the same industry. All my qualms were for naught.

I realized one thing at 42

The world aint callin for Jesus

This is a darkness world

My redemption

Update on April, she's in recovery, awake, talking.
The Dr said everything went well. They came and
got her around 7:15, took her and did a brain scan
on her, the brain scan came back clear (PRAISE GOD).
The y did 3 cuts to her scalp, about a 2 inch across
the front and rear, then from front to rear in the middle.
She is being moved to advanced care as I type this out.

The Dr said, she heals real quick, if she heals as quick,
this time, he said she should be able to go home in 2-3
weeks. She has a long road ahead of her. She will have
to have more operations as her head and brain grow to
replace the plate.

Jim and Marie said to tell all of you Thank You for your
prayers. I, also want to Thank each and everyone, for
your prayers, kind words. That's all I have as of now.

That April has more strength in her than a few grown men together that's for sure with everything she has gone through and at such a young age. This will be her testimony of what God is capable of and what a wonderful story that would be, for we serve an Awesome God! I will continue praying for a speedy recovery and for her parents that they continue giving God all the praise and glory.
