29 turning big 30 next month lolIt feels great to be open but im always cautious how old are you tooth fairy btw?
Me too... I am still single at my age(40), old already... I don't know. Maybe God is so jealous everytime got a BF, online and offline, we separate ways.![]()

19 year old male and single. Mainly because God hasn't placed a woman in my path yet. Or maybe he has and I just haven't noticed. Who knows, it might not even be in his will for my life to have a relationship. I'm not really worried about it.
I gotta mature in my relationship with the Lord first anyways.
I can only speculate why they "liked" what I wrote. But I CAN tell you why I wrote what I did.
Perhaps the OP didn't mean it this way, but many ask "why still single?" with the implication that there is something wrong with it. Being single well into adulthood seems to make others uncomfortable, especially those within the church. It's sad that there is more acceptance of single adults outside the church body than there is within, especially when the divorce rate among Christians parallels that of non-Christians. We can't just assume that being half of a Christian couple is going to equate to some kind of "success."
So while I will probably want to get married again some day, I'm not going to rush things just to satisfy a cultural norm. For now, I'll stick with my answer that I am single because I am not married, nor have I a girlfriend.
I don't understand why people act like being single is a horrible disease. I guess should be glad that my happiness/worth isn't overly dependent on others. I am worried about the bitterness that today's singles hold tight to. So many christians are allowing what others did to them in the past, control what will happen in their future. It's no fun watching my Christian friends allow past relationships to dictate their day-to-day life. Some have given control of their lives to people who don't even think about them anymore. It is a painful thing to see.:/
Being a single person is not a horrible disease! It is God's time to show us who we are in HIS eyes, and in HIS way. We are to be full of gratitude for this time with HIM. Thanking him daily for giving us the gifts of devoting time to learning and becoming who He wants us to be TODAY! Praise him! We need to change our thinking if we are to live a selfless life. I read a blog post saying "God is NOT our personal Genie." Why would he ask him to fulfill our earthly wishes and ignore his Heavenly wishes?
Read this post if you wish. I enjoyed it very much
