I have no idead what that is but I alredy wanna try it cause it sounds wonderful!!! *sigh* I love food!!! *---*

Homemade pierogis pan fried with grilled onions is the ultimate comfort food..highly recommend. ..the secret is in the dough of course and the tightness of the "wrap"

*googles*

mmmmm

may I have some? :D

Lol...I love to share and cook for people. I host thanksgiving for 20+ every year and always have Kolachkis on the dessert table. Last year I made 5 batches because I run out every year and they were gone by end of day. They are very time consuming due to dough and hand rolling/cutting but worth every min. :-)

Moms 100% polish and we have a traditional polish christmas which is unbelievable fun and rich in tradition! I make a mean pierogi and kolachkis!!!
*perk*
You make pierogis?

**swoon**

A pierogi is a little bit of heaven inside a magic dough wrapper.

Wait, wait, did someone say pierogies?

*ditto perk*

Do you freeze and ship? I'll pay!

Perogies are perfect pillows of potato, onion and cheese - typically. And are amazing. Kinda like Polish Potstickers.

I do flash freeze them as I make so many for holidays it takes 3-4 days. 2 weeks before thanksgiving i spend one weekend making BATCHES of Kolachkis freeze them to before cooking and the following weekend I makes BATCHES of Pierogis and freeze after quick boil. I make up gift bags and mail to folks. Lynx... You will just have to hit me up mid Oct and I just might hook you up with a free bag!

Im kinda scared of sending any to Olerica ....professional cheescake woman might be a tough critic!!
